Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To simplify the structure, by providing a connecting plate which is displaced by the driving operation for recording and reproducing or the like to displace a pinch driving plate and presses a selected pinch roller to a capstan shaft. CONSTITUTION:A mechanism consists of a pinch driving plate 21, which is displaced to be brought into contact with one of pinch rollers 16 and 17 selectively, and a connecting plate 20 which is displaced by the driving operation for recording and reproducing or the like to displace the pinch driving plate 21 and presses a selected one of pinch rollers 16 and 17 to capstan shafts 5a and 5b.
