BELT TYPE GAUGE

PURPOSE:To simplify the structure of each portion, to reduce the number of parts and to facilate production by a construction wherein an indicator or the base of the indicator and a coil frame are molded in one body, and an electrode is directly formed in a movable portion. CONSTITUTION:A permanent magnet 20 is installed at the position A of a yoke 11 and an end portion 31 of a core 30 is fixed onto the permanent magnet 20. A coil frame 72 of a movable portion 70 containing a base 71 of an indicator, a coil winding frame 72, arms 73, 74 for balancing made in one body in the form of a thin aluminum sheet is inserted into a core 30. After an end of a band 90 is inserted into a hole 15 of a bridge 12 and a hole 51 of a zero adjusting axis 50, the end is soldered to a tngue 63 of an upper tension spring 61. After the other end of the band 90 is inserted into a hole 16 of a yoke 11, this end is soldered to a tongue 64 of a lower tension spring 62 to suspend a movable portion 70. After this, the band 90 between electrodes 75, 76 is cut and the upper band 90 is electrically insulated from the lower band 92. By so doing, the number of not only parts but also processes in assembling can be reduced.
