Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:A composition for a two coat one-bake type topcoat-clear paint improved in outdoor weathering resistance of a coat, which comprises a specified multi-component vinyl copolymer and an alkoxylated melamine-formaldehyde condensate in a specified proportion. CONSTITUTION:80-60pts.wt. multi-component vinyl copolymer of 10-45 deg.C glass transition temp. obtd. by the polymn. of 0-40pts.wt. arom. vinyl monomer and/ or 0-80pts.wt. acrylate or methacrylate ester having as an alcohol component an 8C or higher alkyl group in an total amt. of 40-80pts.wt., an ethylenic monomer havng a hydroxyl group in an amt. to provide the resulting solid resin with hydroxyl value of 50-90, an ethylenic monomer having a carboxyl group in an amt. to provide the resulting solid resin with acid value of 5-25, and another ethylenic monomer copolymerizable with each said component in an amt.
