Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To achieve quick punch when the residual number of calls is zero, by providing a mechanism punching the residual number of calls on a magnetic card at a position where the residual number at reading of the residual number is zero. CONSTITUTION:When the residual number of calls is zero during a call, an urging tone is given to a handset 6 and a magnetic card 10 is carried upward. A magnetic head 30 rewrites the residual number of calls on the card to zero, and when the rewrite is finished, the card 10 is carried downward, the content is read out to discriminate whether the content is correct or not. The magnetic card 10 when the readout is finished is located at a position where the position designating the residual number of calls on the card corresponds just to a punch pin 31b of a punch mechanism 31. Thus, the punch pin 31b is immediately operated to make a hole. Thus, the magnetic card 10 is processed between the charging signal and the next charging signal, allowing to correspond to the next magnetic card fetch in a short time.
