Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To achieve a sharp picture through the alignment of a photo detector with high accuracy and to achieve small size, by adhering the photo detector on the surface of a prism. CONSTITUTION:On each optical path of the surface of a prism 1, solid-state image pickup devices 2a, 2b, 2c are adhered on each light source so that they are opposed to the photo detecting plane of photo detectors 4a, 4b, 4c. In this cas, the photo detectors 4a, 4b, 4c are not contained in a package, but directly fitted to conductive leads 6a, 6b, 6c formed with the thick film print method on the surface of the prism 1 via a bonding pad by means of soldering or the CCB method. Protective films 9a, 9b, 9c are fitted at the back of the photo detectors 4a, 4b, 4c.
