Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To prevent noise and increase heat insulation effect by securely putting a vibro-isolating and heat-insulating sheet which is made by covering a foam glass with glass fiber, between an exhaust pipe and a protector. CONSTITUTION:A vibro-isolating and heat-insulating sheet 4 made by wrapping the internal and external faces of a foam glass 1' with glass fibers 2, 2' is cut into a few in the lengthwise direction of an exhaust front tube 5 and the resultant sheets are applied on the external periphery of the front tube 5. A protector 6 presses each of the peripheries of the sheets. Thereby, creation of noise or rough sound attributed to the protector may be sufficiently suppressed and heat insulation effect may be fully obtained.
