Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To enable smooth flare work by bending a rectangular metallic plate to tube shape and forming a tube by fitting jagged patterns at left and right ends to each other and forming holes in front of the end of the tube in longitudinal direction. CONSTITUTION:Left and right edges of a strip 6 are rolled by a roll 7 and chamfered, and holes 9 for pilot and also for positioning are made at a fixed interval by a piercing punch 8. Next, the strip is cut at the position of the holes 9 and rectangular plates 1 having jagged fitting patterns on both ends in longitudinal direction are formed. The rectangular plate 1 is held between a bending die 11 having a semicircular concavity 10 and a cylindrical mandrel 12 and bent to inverse U-shape. Then, a tube is formed by pressing with a pressing device 17 from lower right, lower left and below. At the same time, jagged fitting patterns 2 are fitted to each other and connected. Further, it is pressed from all sides with a finishing pressing device 19 having a circular concavity. The holes 9 are used as notches in flare working. This tube is flared. |
