CONSTITUTION:A cadmium component composed of cadmium oxide, cadmium bydroxide, metal cadmium powder, cadmium sulfide, cadmium sulfate, and cadmium nitrate, etc., and a lead component composed of lead oxide, lead hydroxide, metal lead powder, and lead sulfate, etc., are contained at least in metal silver peroxide at 0.03 percent or more, by weight, or in alkali electrolyte at 0.04 grams per liter or more respectively.
