MICROPLATE DEVICE USED FOR ANALYSIS BASED ON IMMUNOLOGICAL AGGLUTINATION REACTION

PURPOSE:To form a microplate device that is able to analyze easily according to each item, by setting and supporting the microplate provided with reaction receptacles with a different shape and size to frame-shaped casette in such a way that is put in and put out freely. CONSTITUTION:Many reaction receplacles 25 (hole having a cylindrical wall and a conical bottom) are arranged on a base plate 26A-1 (e.g. transparent plate of acrylic resin) in a matrix style. Further, the shape and size of the reaction receptacle 25 is suitable selected according to the analysis items. (For example, the height (h) and length (l of step, and the shape of bottom surface of conical bottom of the reaction receptacle 25 are properly decided). The above-mentioned microplate 26A is used in such a way as that the plate 26A is set in notches 27-4, 5 provided on both the side plate 27-2, 3 of cassette 27 in freely put in and put out way (the mark 27-6 shows a groove for carrying the cassette 27).
