Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To prepare a resin composition curable rapidly with water at normal temperature, having excellent storage stability, adhesivity, etc., and suitable as an adhesive, etc., by compounding a polyepoxy compound with a specific amount of an ester obtained by the partial hydrolysis of a phosphorous or phosphoric acid ester. CONSTITUTION:The objective composition is prepared by compounding (A) 100pts.wt. of a polyepoxy compound having two or more epoxy groups (pref. a compound of bisphenol A and glycidyl ether) with (B) 5-70pts., pref. 10-30pts. of an ester obtained by the partial hydrolysis of a phosphorous or sphosphoric acid ester (pref. triphenyl phosphite, etc.). When phenols or mercaptans are produced as the reaction by-products of the phosphorous or phosphoric acid ester, it is preferable not to remove the by-products because they have the activity to accelerate the curing of the composition. USE:Water-stopping agent, sealing agent, etc.
