Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To provide possibility to take out a guide vane solely, without dismantaling the water wheel body, by furnishing an escape part which assures tilting motion of the guide vane with another guide vane shaft as fulcrum when the guide vane shaft is removed. CONSTITUTION:A guide vane 6 can be removed by taking off the distance piece 13. When the guide vane shaft 12 is away, a groove 10 can work as an escape part for tilting motion of the guide vane 6 with another guide vane shaft as fulcrum, which ensures that the guide vane 6 is removed easily. Accordingly, an optional guide vane can be taken out solely without requiring dismanting of the water wheel body.
