Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To provide a resin compsn. in which processability, resistance to impact and oil, and adhesion to inorg. fillers are improved, by blending a copolymer of an olefin with glycidyl (meth)acrylate, with a polyphenylene oxide resin. CONSTITUTION:A copolymer (B) of an olefin with glycidyl (meth)acrylate is mixed with a polyphenylene oxide resin or a resin compsn. (A) contg. polyphenylene oxide. As said polyphenylene oxide resin, there is used a polymer obtd. by subjecting a phenol compd. of the formula (wherein R , R , R , R , R are each H, halogen, hydrocarbon group, substd. hydrocarbon group) to an oxidation polymn. using an oxidative coupling catalyst in the presence of oxygen or oxygen-contg. gas. As said component A, a resin compsn. consisting of the polyphenylene oxide resin and a polystyrene resin and/or a rubbery polymer is preferred.
