USE:An agricultural and gardening fungicide. An antifungal agent. Having excellent effect on blast of rice plant, helminthosporium leaf spot, anthracnose, gray mold, etc. Having no phytotoxicity to farm products, extremely low toxicity to men and beasts, fishes, small animals in the environment, and high safety. PROCESS:A compound shown by the formula II (R2 is lower alkyl) is reacted with chlorocarbonylsulfenyl chloride, to give a compound shown by the formulaI. The reaction is carried out in a solvent, e.g., n-hexane, etc., if necessary, in the presence of a dehydrochlorinating agent.
