CONSTITUTION:(A) A blocked isocyanate compound is reacted with (B) a compound containing an active hydrogen, e.g. polyether polyol, in the presence of (C) a diorganotin compound expressed by formulaIor II[R , R , R , R , R , and R are 1-8C alkyl or aryl; x is O or S; Y and Y' are -OCOR (R is H or 1-8C hydrocarbon group), aryloxy or aralkyloxy; m is 1-40; p is 0-2]and (D) 1, 10-phenanthroline or bipyridyl to give the aimed polyurethane polymer.
