AUTOMATIC CONTROLLER OF LIQUID LEVEL

PURPOSE:To exactly operate a titled controller by a simple structure, and also to utilize it for a corrosive liquid at a high temperature, by feeding in air by sufficient pressure in order to prevent a liquid from goging into a tube. CONSTITUTION:On upper closed ends of tubes 1, 11, pressure switches 2, 12 are provided, air jet tubes 3, 13 are connected to a pressure source through check valves 4, 14, so as to direct the tips downward in the tube 1, 11, and also the lower opening end of the tube is made to a horizontal edge. Before a liquid level reaches the lower end of the tubes 1, 11, air is exhausted as it is and the pressure switches 2, 12 are not operated, but when the liquid level rises and reaches the lower end, air in the tube becomes a sealed state, internal pressure rises and the switches 2, 12 are operated, respectively. In this case, air in the tubes 1, 11 cannot flow in reverse by the check valves 4, 14, and pressure in the tube is further raised. Therefore, a liquid does not go into the tube.
