Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To provide a process for treating organic waste water by means of membrane separation such as back osmosis and ultrafiltration, wherein germfree valuable substance are recovered and the efficacy of membrane separation is improved by adding an acid sterilizer to waste water to be treated before membrane separation, and the concentrated liquor obtained is dried at 80 deg.C or more after adding an additional acid sterilizer if required. According to the process of the invention, good quality of valuable substances contaminated with extremelly small quantities of bacteria, mold and yeast may be recovered from decanter waste water and the like generated in the processings of agricultural products, live-stock and marine products.
