DETECTION OF ABNORMAL EXTRUSION OF MOLTEN POLYMER STRANDS

PURPOSE:In the process in which molten multistrands are taken up after cooling in water, abnormal extrusion can be detected by receiving parts of strands which fail to be taken out normally on a plate equipped right under the extruding nozzle and above the level of the cooling water.
