Zusammenfassung:Araliphatic N cpds. of formula (I) and their salts are new: R-A-Z (I): (where R is a 4-biphenylyl or 4-phenoxyp phenyl gp. opt. mono- or polysubstd. by F, Br and/or Cl; A is -CH(Me)-CH2-(CH2)n-, -C(Me)=CH-(CH2)n or -C(OH)(Me)-CH2-(CH2)n-; Z is N R1 R2, imidazol-1-yl, phthalimide or 3,4-dihydro-4-oxo-phthalazin-1-ylamino; R1 and R2 are H, 1-6C alkyl, 1-6C azaalkyl or 1-6C acyl, or together form 4-7C alkylene, 3-oxapentamethylene or 3-R3-3-azapentamethylene; R3 is H, 1-6C alkyl or 1-6C hydroxyalkyl; n=0, 1 or 2). Cpds. (I) have antiphlogistic, anti-arteriosclerotic, hypolipaemic, analgesic-antipyretic enzyme-inducing, fibrinolytic and thrombocyte aggregation inhibiting activity, and are also useful as intermediates for other medicaments.
