PROCESS FOR RECOVERY OF GLUTATHIONE

PURPOSE:High purity glutothione useful for pharmaceutical, is effectively recovered by dissolving the glutathione metal salt obtained from yeast, etc. in a hydrochloric acid solution or the mixed solvent of hydrochloric acid and an organic solvent and passing though an anion exchange resin.
