Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To approximately completely separate underground water in an oil- water turbidity state into water and oil. SOLUTION: This device contrives separation of water 60 and oil 65 by hitting underground water in an oil-water turbidity state forcibly fed into a body 21 against a screen means and makes the quantity of the underground water forcibly fed more than that of water 60 discharged from a second discharge port 24 of the body 21. In this way, the level of the oil 65 is raised with a rise in the level of the water 60 in the body 21 to discharge the oil 65 from a first discharge port 23 of the device 21. Immediately before the oil 65 is completely discharged, control means 50.38.80 makes the quantity of the forcibly fed underground water less than that of the water 60 discharged from the second discharge port 24 of the body 21 to mitigate the rise in the level of the water 60 and prevent the out-flow of the water 60 from the second discharge port 24.
