Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate laying work and attain stable block supporting for a long time, by forming an underground embedded object protective block out of light-weight foaming concrete. SOLUTION: A supporting frame 20 where a plurality of columnar cores 10 are hung is retained at the upper surface of both side walls 31, 32 of a mold 30. Light-weight foaming concrete slurry is poured into the mold 30, the supporting frame 20 is raised to draw the core 10 out of the mold 30. The mold 30 is turned so that a curing plate 32 may be positioned downwards, and another mold 30 is removed with the curing plate 32 left. An obtained semi-plastic molded part is moved, placed on the curing plate 32, and a piano wire tensed at an appropriate interval is passed. Excessive thickness is shaved by the top and bottom piano wires, and a section between top and bottom hollow parts are cut by so as to be half-split. It is cut vertically between right and left hollow parts by another piano wire moving downwards from upwards, and after an automatic crape curing process, the molded part is separated into respective block parts.
