Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce power consumption without making a circuit scale large by obtaining an input signal to the IF terminal of a mixer by using the signal source of frequencies 2ΔF, signal distributor, and flip flop. SOLUTION: A signal with frequencies 2ΔF is generated by a signal source 1-20, and supplied to flip flops(TFF) 9-1 and 9-2 with a 180 degree phase difference by a signal distributor 8. Two signals whose frequencies are the same and whose phase difference is 90 degrees are selected by amplifiers 3-2 and 3-3 and band pass filters 4-2 and 4-3 for amplifying and passing a signal with frequencies ΔF being the basic wave components of the output of the TFF, amplifiers 3-2m and 3-(2m+1) and band pass filters 4-2m and 4-(2m+1) for amplifying and passing the signal with frequencies (2m-1)ΔF being the (2m-1)- order higher harmonic components of the output of the TFF, and switches 5-1 and 5-2, and supplied to terminals IF of mixers 6-1 and 6-2 with the 90 degree phase difference.
