Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic ticket examination device provided with a printing part capable of lowering a cost capable of clearly printing information on a boarding ticket medium. SOLUTION: This automatic ticket examination device is provided with an ink-jet printer 56 as the printing part for executing a printing on the boarding ticket medium. Then, in order to effectively prevent the clogging of the nozzle part 56a of the ink-jet printer 56, an ink preliminary ejection operation for continuously ejecting ink for prescribed time is executed at a prescribed timing at which the ink-jet printer 56 is not used. Thus, printing defects such as printing thinning or the like are prevented and the information is clearly printed on the boarding ticket medium.
