EXTENSIBLE TURNER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively handle a cooked food soft and easy to cut as large eggroll by pivotally supporting the base part of an auxiliary body having about the same form as a turner body on the turner body in such a manner as to be openable and closable, and extending/closing the auxiliary body to the turner body by the operation of a bar in the base part. SOLUTION: The base part of an auxiliary body 7 having substantially the same form as a turner body 5 is pivotally supported on the turner body 5 in such a manner as to be openable and closable by a binding pivot 3. The auxiliary body 7 is extended to the sideward directions of the turner body 5 with the binding pivot 3 as the fulcrum by pushing up an operation lever 1 provided rockably near a handle 6 or in a position easily operable by a finger in the lower part of the turner 5. At this time, a claw 2 provided on the auxiliary body 7 is engagingly locked by the body 5 so that the both 5, 7 are never separated when extended. The binding pivot 3 of the body 5 is removably provided, whereby the contact parts can be mutually separated so as to be easily washable.
