Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a reader by which the fluorescent pattern of an electrophoresed sample and that of a blotting sample can be read out without the influence of a background noise by installing an optical filter or the like which separates received fluorescent light at two wavelength characteristics. SOLUTION: A laser beam 31 from a light source 41 is scanned by the rotating vibration of a vibrating mirror 42, it is shone at a flat boardlike mirror 44 while its central line is used as a scanning line, it is passed through a slit 46, and it is shone at the face of a gel in an electrophoretic part 5. Then, fluorescent light is emitted from the gel, and it is received through a condenser 23. The received fluorescent light is separated by an optical filter at two wavelength characteristics, and a photoelectric conversion part 24 photoelectrically converts two separated wavelength components so as to output an electric signal. In this manner, fluorescent pattern data which reads out the two wavelength characteristics is obtained, and the difference between two kinds of fluorescent pattern data is computed by a linear computing method. Thereby, it is possible to obtain the fluorescent pattern data from which a noise in a readout operation is canceled. |
