Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately measure fluid temperature and pressure without impairing pressure detecting action at a high pressure. SOLUTION: This device has a variable capacitor 14 formed out of a rigid substrate 14a and a flexible diaphragm sealed thereto via an annular glass seal and mounted in a spaced relationship thereto. The capacitor 14 is enclosed in the fluid passage chamber 12e of a housing 12 having a fluid port 12b for connection to a fluid pressure source to be monitored. A connector 20 having a transducer terminal pin fitted to it is enclosed inside the open end of the housing 12, and an electric circuit chamber 20d is formed between the connector 20 and the variable capacitor 14 to enclose a signal adjustment circuit 26.
