METHOD AND DEVICE FOR CONTROLLING THICKNESS OF FIRE-RESISTANT COVERING SPRAY MATERIAL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately perform the execution control of spraying thickness by placing a spray thickness measurement scale where a scale measurement surface is set to a required spraying thickness of a fire-resistant covering spray material to the surface of a steel frame at a required interval. SOLUTION: A blade part 7 is extended straightly in a line toward an outer part with a cylindrical support part 8 as a center, and upper and lower sides 7a and 7b of the blade part 7 are formed accurately at right angle to the axis center of each axis member shaft 2, thus forming a required scale surface. Also, a corresponding number of adjustment members 9 are engaged to the axis member shaft 2 rotatably so that the blade part 7 is arranged at a required height corresponding to a spraying thickness H. Therefore, by placing the spraying thickness measurement scale on the surface of the steel frame at a field with a required interval and spraying a fire-resistant covering material while visually measuring the spraying thickness, the spraying thickness can be accurately controlled.
