Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject composition, capable of suppressing a reaction of an antimicrobial metallic ion with a compound in a resin and reduced in actions of discoloring a synthetic resin under the influence of heat, sunlight or the like by including an antimicrobial zeolite and specific hydrotalcites therein. SOLUTION: This composition is obtained by including (A) an antimicrobial zeolite (the one prepared by supporting an antimicrobial metallic ion on a crystalline aluminosilicate of an alkali metal or an alkaline earth metal) and (B) hyrotalcites represented by the formula Mg6 Al2 (OH)16 CO3 .4H2 O and regulated to pH 5.0-8.0. The ingredient B is preferably added during or after completing a step for preparing the ingredient A and the ingredient B is added in an amount of preferably 5-45 wt.%.
