Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate a lowering of transport efficiency and blocking of a pipeline due to adhesion of powder by supporting an expansible pipeline having flexibility in such a manner as to be deformable within the tolerance, supplying air and powder into the pipeline to be force-fed, and disposing a temporary blocking means for blocking the pipeline suddenly and temporarily in the downstream of the pipeline. SOLUTION: While powder (s) is passed in the floating state through the interior of a pipeline 10 by an air supply blower, some of the powder (s) 1 adheres to the inner wall of the pipeline 10 to stay there (a). Powder (s) adheres in layer to the inner wall of the pipeline 10 to form a powder layer (x), thereby lowering the transport efficiency for the powder (s). The powder (s) adhering to the inner wall of the pipeline 10 will not reach a destination hopper to become transport loss (b). When fixed time elapses, a pinch valve is temporarily closed. As the air supply from the air supply blower is continued, the pressure in the pipeline 10 is increased. The pipeline 10 is expanded in the direction of an outer diameter.
