Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the occurrence of penetration damage due to impact or the like without the need of an excessive thickness of the film by forming a main body coat layer of thermoplastic resin on the surface of metal material, and forming a group of projections integrated with the main body coat layer on the surface of the main body coat layer. SOLUTION: A main body coat layer 2 of thermoplastic resin is formed on the surface of metal material 1, and a group of projections 3 integrated with the main body coat layer 2 is formed on the surface of the main body coat layer 2. In addition, the composite metal material can also be formable by setting an ancillary coat layer of mortar hardening matter on the surface of the resin coat metal material 2. As thermoplastic resin for the main body coat layer, it can exemplarily polypropylene, polyamide, polyyinyl chloride, and fluorocarbon resin as well as polyethylene. Material of the projections 3 to be provided on the resin coat metal material is not limited, however, there are given suitably thermoplastic resin that can be fused with the main body coat layer 2, in particular, resin being in the same system as the main body coat layer 2. |
