Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a desired bale-shaped rubber composition surely by using a specified material and doing extrusion, cutting, and compression continuously under set conditions. SOLUTION: A kind of ethylene-α-olefin-nonconjugated polyene copolymer rubber prepared from ethylene, a 3-20C α-olefin, and a nonconjugated polyene and a material of a polyolefin resin are used. With the use of an extruder 2, polyethylene is mixed with EPT, and the temperature of cooling water in transportation water, the diameter of a die, the thickness of pellets, the temperature of the pellets at compression molding, and others are set up at respective conditions to enable the large-scale production of good bales. For example, when the temperature of cooling water in transportation in a transportation route 30, which has been approximately 40 deg.C usually, is increased to 90-100 deg.C, the temperature of the bale can be increased to nearly 100 deg.C to be solidified roughly as a bale.
