Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare an aluminum or aluminum alloy sheet which can be produced in a simple production process at a low cost and which shows black gloss after a clear coating is applied, and to provide a producing method of the sheet. SOLUTION: This aluminum sheet has =9.5% reflectance of the coated surface and >=170 gloss of the coated surface in the parallel direction to the rolling direction. By controlling the reflectance and gloss of the coated surface, the aluminum sheet has the appearance with black gloss.
