SHEET CUTTING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To more thinly, precisely, and quickly cut an extremely soft strip matter by collecting the abrasive pieces of a cutting edge in the cutting of a sheet supplied from a feed reel, and regulating the looseness of a cut sheet by a pilot stand in the winding of a cut sheet by two auto reels. SOLUTION: A foamed sheet 31 wound on a feed reel 3 is thinly cut through a cutting device 2, and wound on a first auto reel 5 and a second auto reel 8. A dust collecting part 4 for collecting the sheet cut pieces discharged in the cutting of the sheet 31 and the abrasive powder discharged in the polishing of a strip cutting edge has a control board 15 having a switch 15a, a lamp 15b and the like. The air including the abrasive powder is collected by a dust collector 20, fed into a sputter box 6 through a hose 21 to remove the abrasive powder, and then returned to an abrasive part through a hose 22. The looseness caused in the winding of a cut sheet 33 on the second auto reel 8 is prevented by a pilot stand 7. Thus, the foamed sheet 31 can be cut into a desired thickness.
