Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power source equipment of high reliabiltiy which is capable of witching a voltage with a simple constitution. SOLUTION: In a power source equipment, rectifiers 201 and 202 are arranged to a high potential side (H) and a low potential side (L) of a transformer 100, respectively, and rectified outputs of the rectifiers are synthesized and outputted through a smoothing circuit 300. A switch element 400 is connected with the high potential side of the transformer 100, especially, and an output voltage is switched by operating the switch element 400.
