Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic-shielding material which can be easily manufactured and has flexibility and ability for adhesion performance and whose electromagnetic shielding effect is not reduced by the impact of vibration or drop. SOLUTION: This shielding material has a plastic film 1, a conductive thin film 2 laminated thereon, and a magnetic-particle-containing photosetting resin layer 3 comprising an ultraviolet cure material, including magnetic particles dispersed in a polymer made by adding, by weight 0.005 to 1.0 wt.% ultraviolet cure agent to a monomer mixture containing at least one of diallylphthalate, diallylisophthalate and diallylterephthalate and pentaerythritoltetra (3- mercaptopropionate) at an equivalent ratio of 2:1 to 5:1.
