CONTROL FOR SUPPRESSING DIOXINE BY HUMIC ACID CONTAINING FUEL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To extremely suppress deadly poisonous dioxine generated upon combustion of organic refuse such as raw refuse in a refuse incinerator for incinerating organic refuse rejected from ordinary homes or enterprises, actively use the combustion products thereof as additive agents suitable for purposes, and further provide them as crop fertilizers and health maintaining materials. SOLUTION: In incinerating organic refuse such as raw refuse, fuel containing humic acid composed of grass peat and muddy peat is mixed and burnt to achieve a high calorific combustion. Thus, a high temperature complete combustion is urged and the generation of poisonous dioxine resulting from incomplete combustion is extremely suppressed, and combustion products obtained by mixing and burning organic refuse such as raw refuse with fuel containing humic acid composed of grass peat and muddy peat are provided as deodorizers, sterilizing agents, purifying agents of water and crop fertilizers, and health maintaining materials, and places in which they are gathered are actively employed as health bath facilities.
