Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively and efficiently heat a work, and to reduce generation of NOx and CO by finely atomizing fuel drips with the ultrasonic energy of a high-pressure gas, uniformly diffusing the atomized fuel, and injecting the atomized fuel into a combustion area from a nozzle. SOLUTION: A gas injection nozzle 15 to be led from a high-pressure gas conduit 9 is arranged in a rear part of a gas-oil mixing chamber 14 in a gas-oil mixing chamber member 3 of a burner device 1 for combustion. An ultrasonic resonance hole 16 is arranged opposite to the gas injection nozzle 15 at a forward part of the gas-oil mixing chamber 14, the high-pressure gas 7 is injected from the gas injection nozzle 15 toward the ultrasonic resonance hole 16 to provide the ultrasonic vibration to the high-pressure gas 7. The fuel oil 10 is mixed with the gas 7 in ultrasonic vibration to generate the atomized fuel 18. In addition, the atomized fuel 18 is led to a unification chamber 19 to atomize the atomized fuel more finely, the collision of the atomized fuel with a forward wall part 19' and a peripheral wall of the unification chamber 19 is repeated to uniformly diffuse the atomized fuel and discharge it into a combustion area from a nozzle hole 20.
