Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To contrive much weight saving, and restrain the occurrence of noise and the like by reducing a number of parts around the driven sprocket of chain driving type motorcycle. SOLUTION: The specified quantity of blank material is cut out of a laminated layer sheet which is formed out of polypropylene acting as thermal plastic matrix resin while being reinforced with glass long fibers as reinforcing fibers, the blank material is heated up to temperature higher than the melting point of resin so as to be transshipped to a metal mold, and the material is formed into a driven flange integrated product 1 provided with a flange part 1a and a sprocket part 1b by letting the material be clamped and pressed.
