Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To rarely generate cracks, warps or twists by pinching a substrate section reinforced with long fibers with an upper layer section and a lower layer section, and reinforcing the upper layer section and lower layer section with a continuous glass strand mat respectively. SOLUTION: A substrate section 1 is pinched by an upper layer section 2 and a lower layer section 3 to form three layers. The substrate section 1 is a resin columnar body, and it is made of a thermosetting resin foam body such as a hard urethane resin foam body inserted and reinforced with long fibers such as carbon long fibers along the longitudinal direction. The upper layer section 2 and the lower layer section 3 are made of the same thermosetting resin foam body as the hard urethane resin foam body for the substrate section 1 reinforced with a continuous glass strand mat, thereby cracks are rarely generated by the lateral pressure applied when a rail spike is driven or a train passes, and this synthetic crosstie can be used over a long period. |
