Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new yolk antibody that is obtained from yolk of an egg immunized with Helicobacter pylori, has antibacterial action on this bacterium and anti-urease action and is useful for prevention and treatment of diseases relating to the infections with Helicobacter pylori. SOLUTION: This new yolk antibody is obtained from the yolk of an egg immunized with Helicobacter pylori, has the antibacterial action to Helicobacter pylori and anti-urease action and is useful for prevention and treatment of diseases relating to infection with Helicobacter pylori. This yolk antibody is prepared by using the thermally killed Helicobacter pylori as an antigen, mixing the antigen, mineral oil and emulsifying protein originating from the milk fat globule membrane at a ratio of 1:1:0.5, emulsifying them with a homogenizer, adding the mixture to powdery feed in an amount of 0.02%, giving the feed to poultry twice a day for 5 days, repeating them and collecting the antibody from the repeatedly treated eggs in a usual manner.
