Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for recovering the alkalinity of neutralized concrete capable of making an alkali recovering agent reach the deep part and to control moss, etc., growing on the surface and in the interior of cracks of concrete body. SOLUTION: This alkali recovery of neutralized concrete comprises pressing an alkali recovering agent into cracks produced in a concrete body or made joints. In the operation, the surface of the concrete body except an infection part may be coated with a film forming agent. At least the alkali recovering agent or the film forming agent is mixed with titanium oxide. Sodium silicate is used as the film forming agent.
