PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent bending, poor matching, dirt of a sheet discharged on an intermediate tray to be generated caused by buckling as well as to decrease variations in the dropping position of the sheet to be discharged on the intermediate tray and variations in the conveying distance by an auxiliary roller after dropping. SOLUTION: A shutter 72 for positioning a sheet straight conveyed from either a flapper 39 or 40 to an intermediate tray, and to be retreated in refeeding the resupply of the sheet to an image forming part, and an end regulating plate 81 for positioning the sheet conveyed from a U turn part 51 to the intermediate tray by being turned with a U-shape are provided, pads 74, 82 are respectively provided on the surfaces of the shutter 72 and the end regulating plate 81 for positioning the sheet, and a shutter guide for guiding the sheet so that the resupply of the sheet may not be brought in contact with the pad 74 of the shutter 72 when the shutter 72 is retreated.
