Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To conduct fractionation in a crystallizer without a crystal being uncontrollably slipped off by retaining the crystal separated and slipped down from the crystallization surface in a screen shaped supporting structure during sweating and simultaneously allowing the liq. fraction to flow in the structure. SOLUTION: The fraction contg. oil flows out of the central surface 47 of a crystal bed in the sweating stage. The adhesion to the crystallization surface 39 is lowered as soon as the crystal bad is softened by heating, and the part 53 of the bed is separated when it melted by the heating of the adhesive surface 49 of the bed or before being melted from the crystallization surface 39. The part 53 is retained on a perforated sheet abutted on crystallization surface at an acute angle, the sweatable surface of the crystal bed is enlarged due to the separation from the surface 39, and the liq. phase 55 flows out on the central surface 47 and on the crystallization surface side 49. The material which is separated easily from the vertical crystallization surface or inclined crystallization surface when the material is crystallized, is fractionated in multiple stages.
