Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a vacuum loss and further, the volume of air required for a system by making movable pistons movable in inner cylinders, positioning hollow parts with respect to a fixed number of holes and selectively sucking air through the holes. SOLUTION: A lead screw is rotated by a shaft carriage 582 and a shaft motor 580 connected to the lead screw 560, so that the shaft pistons 520 are translationally moved up to desired engagement depths along the cylinders 518. Therefore, when the shaft pistons 520 are completely engaged into the cylinders 518, that is, positioned to face the first end parts 513 of the shaft cylinders 518, the cylinders 518 are successively selected not to suck the air through any holes 590. Similarly, when the shaft pistons 520 are not actually engaged into the cylinders 518, that is, are positioned to face the second end parts 514 of the shaft cylinders 518, the selection is attained to suck the air through all the holes 590. |
