Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow food to be cooked in an optimum state by raising an internal temperature with steam stored to some degree and then by peeling a part of a valve sheet to escape the steam inside and further to prevent the food from being in contact with an adhesive for hygiene. SOLUTION: The food package which can be heated in a microwave oven wherein a hole 11 is formed on a food storage bag for receiving food, the hole is sealed by a separator 2 via an adhesive, and the bag is heated in the microwave oven, whereby the separator 2 is peeled to escape the inside steam comprises the separator applied with the adhesive on the part except an approximately triangular non-adhesive part 21 including the hole stuck to the package.
