Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio telephony system for widely opening service provided by an independent base station to many general mobile stations without the need of slave unit registration beforehand for making the mobile station receive the service provided by the independent base station. SOLUTION: This radio telephony system is composed of the mobile station 1 and the independent base station 2 for performing communication with the mobile station by radio and providing the mobile station with the service. The independent base station is provided with non-authentication provision service to be provided to the mobile station even without authentication and the mobile station obtains a base station ID for identifying the independent base station from a channel for control reported by the independent base station and requests the non-authentication provision service.
