Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize a robot hand and to reduce the cost of an automatic MDF device. SOLUTION: Positive charge is added to a pin holding pawl 1c and negative charge to a reference mark 51. The pin holding pawl 1c and the reference mark 51 are electrically connected. The pin holding pawl 1c is moved to a direction parallel to the upper face of the reference mark 51. The center position of the reference mark 51 is detected from the position of the pin holding pawl 1c when the pin holding pawl 1c and the reference mark 51 are electrically connected and when they are not connected.
