PRECISION ROTATING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a precision rotating device which is low-cost and in which the center of rotation of a rotating drum can be adjusted finely. SOLUTION: A device is provided with a rotating drum 2 and a fixed drum 3 which form a pair, with a shaft 4 which is fixed to the fixed drum 3 and which supports and bears the rotating drum 2 by one ball bearing 5, with a drive means 7 which turns the rotating drum 2 around the shaft 4, with a head 1 which is attached to the rotating drum 2, with a first suction means 11 which is fixed to a circumferential position around the shaft 4 on the side of the rotating drum 2 and with a second suction means 12 which is fixed to the side of the fixed drum 3 so as to face the first suction means 11 and by which the suction force of both suction means is applied in the direction of the shaft. Then, one out of both suction means is divided into equal parts on the circumference. When the balance of the suction force is changed, the center of rotation of the rotating drum 2 can be adjusted finely.
