Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the rolling up of a blade in an initial stage and when to prevent the occurrence of the rolling up of the blade even it is used for a long period by coating an aluminum substrate with a photoreceptive layer and peeling it in both end parts in an axial direction or eliminating previous coating with the photoreceptive layer and then, coating the exposed surface of the aluminum substrate with silicone oil. SOLUTION: This photoreceptor 301 is constituted in such a manner that the aluminum substrate is coated with the photoreceptive layer 303 and it in both end parts 301a in the axial direction is peeled to expose both end parts 301a or they are exposed without the pervious coating with the photoreceptive layer 303 and then, the exposed surface of the aluminum substrate is coated with the silicone oil 304. Thus, the frictional force between the surface of the aluminum substrate and the blade is reduced to prevent the rolling up of the blade. Further, when liquid-like silicone oil is used, coating is easy and even if a sticking quantity is very small, a lubricant effect is good and a wearing speed is low as well, so that an effect is maintained for the long period, to drastically reduce the frictional force. |
