Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a corrosion inhibitor and a corrosion preventing method for a radioactive waste solidified body preventing the radioactive waste solidified body from being corroded by sulfuric acid produced by the action of sulfur oxide bacteria. SOLUTION: In a corrosion inhibitor for a radioactive waste solidified body using a phthalocyanine compound as an effective component, and a corrosion preventing method for radioactive waste solidified body using this corrosion inhibitor, the phthalocyanine compound mixed in the solidified body displays growth inhibiting action to sulfur oxide bacteria and suppresses production of sulfuric acid by sulfur oxide bacteria so as to prevent the corrosion of the solidified body caused by sulfuric acid. In this method, the corrosion of the radioactive waste solidified body can be prevented effectively for many hours so as to prevent radioactive material from leaching out of the solidified body due to corrosion. |
